The home and life of Col. Henry S. Lane of Crawfordsville will be described today by Dr. Theodore Gregory Gronert, professor of history at Wabash College and secretary of the Montgomery County Historical Society. Dr. Gronert is an authority on the life of this renowned Hoosier statesman and will speak over WFBM from 1 o’clock to 1:30 o’clock in the Home Life Hour sponsored by Railroadmen’s Federal Savings & Loan Association of Indianapolis.

Note: The Theodore G. Gronert Award is in memory of this amazing fellow. He was a long-time professor at Wabash and a past post commander of the American Legion Byron Cox Post #72 in Crawfordsville.
